1. Nature of the Website
The TripStar International Travel website functions as an informational and travel inquiry service. Submitting an inquiry form does not constitute a guaranteed fare price or a confirmed airline or hotel reservation until our consultants confirm seat availability and payment has been processed.
2. Airline Fares & Schedule Alterations
Airline schedules, baggage policies, and fares are governed directly by individual carriers and international aviation authorities. Fares are subject to dynamic changes until electronic tickets are issued.
3. Passports and Visas
It is the sole responsibility of each traveler to ensure their passport is valid for at least six (6) months prior to the departure date and to hold appropriate entry and transit visas for their destination countries.
4. Governing Law
All travel agreements and transactions conducted with Trip Star International Travel Pvt. Ltd. are subject to the laws and regulations of Nepal.
